Our task was to analyze big data from approximately 100 buildings equipped with photovoltaic systems to determine the optimal charging and discharging strategy for battery storage. The goal was to maximize savings by considering energy consumption, solar power generation, and real-time electricity prices on the spot market. AlmaGate approached us to evaluate whether better energy management could lead to significant cost reductions.
Our AI specialists conducted an in-depth optimization analysis, comparing the current system performance with a smartly controlled energy strategy.
The Results? By implementing intelligent energy management, we achieved an average saving of 8,436 CZK per building per year. Across the entire test group, this translates to 864,156 CZK in annual savings, leading to further collaboration on optimizing client energy systems.
